Terms of use

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and The Bomb Enterprises Inc., which runs Vetta ("Vetta", "we" and "us"). They apply when you use onvetta.com, the Vetta apps or our waitlist. By using Vetta, you agree to them.

If you're a professional, our Terms for professionals apply too. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

What Vetta is

Vetta helps you find independent, licensed professionals, like therapists, dentists, physiotherapists and registered massage therapists, and get in touch with them.

  • Vetta isn't a health provider. We don't give medical, dental or mental health advice, and nothing on Vetta is a diagnosis or a recommendation for treatment.
  • The professionals on Vetta are independent. They aren't our employees or agents, and we don't supervise their work. Each one is responsible for their own services, fees, advice and records.
  • Choosing a professional is your decision.

Vetta isn't for emergencies

If you're in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 9-8-8, any time. If you or someone else is in danger, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Nobody watches messages on Vetta as they arrive, and a professional may not see yours for a while.

How we check professionals

Before a professional's profile goes live, we check them on their regulatory college's public register. We check again every year, and whenever we get a report about them.

A check tells you what the register showed on the date we checked. Registration can change after that, for example if a college suspends someone or adds conditions, so you can always look a professional up on their college's register yourself. Being on Vetta means a professional passed our check. It doesn't mean we vouch for their skill or that they're right for you. Learn more in How verification works.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to have an account or join the waitlist.
  • Give us accurate information, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in safe, and don't share your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us right away at hello@onvetta.com.
  • You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we'll email you when Vetta opens for what you need near you, and we may invite you to try it early. The dates we give are estimates, and Vetta may open later, or in a different order, than we expect. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Requests and messages

  • A professional decides whether to accept your request. If they don't answer within 48 hours, it expires. We can't promise that a professional will accept, or that they'll have space.
  • When a professional accepts, you can message each other.
  • Booking and payment happen directly with the professional, outside Vetta, for example through their booking link. Your agreement for their services is with them, not with us.
  • Share only what you need to get started. You can tell the professional more when you meet.

Rules for using Vetta

Don't use Vetta to:

  • harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone;
  • send spam or advertising;
  • send fake requests, or requests you don't mean to follow up on;
  • pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent who you are;
  • copy information from Vetta with scrapers, bots or other automated tools, or collect professionals' details for your own lists;
  • use messages for anything other than getting in touch with a professional about their services;
  • share anything unlawful, sexually explicit or hateful, or anything you don't have the right to share;
  • interfere with Vetta, its security or its limits, or help anyone else do any of this.

What you write

You own what you write on Vetta, like your messages and reports. You give us permission to store it, deliver it to the people you send it to, and use it to run Vetta and keep it safe, as our privacy policy describes.

Reports, removals and suspensions

You can report a profile or a message in Vetta, or by emailing hello@onvetta.com. We may remove content, limit what an account can do, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or puts someone at risk. When we do, we'll tell you why, unless the law or someone's safety prevents us.

Vetta is free for you

Vetta is free for people looking for a professional. If that ever changes, we'll tell you in advance, and we'll never charge you without your agreement.

Our content

The Vetta name and logo, and the site and apps, belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may use Vetta only for your own personal use. Professionals' profiles belong to them.

Other websites

Vetta links to other websites, like a professional's booking page. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep Vetta accurate and running, but we provide it as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows:

  • we don't promise that Vetta will always be available or free of errors, or that any professional is right for you;
  • we're not responsible for the services, advice, fees or conduct of professionals, or for what happens between you and them;
  • we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim about Vetta is limited to $100.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited by agreement, including the laws of the province where you live. Where the law doesn't allow a limit above, it applies only as far as the law allows.

Ending

You can stop using Vetta and delete your account at any time. We may stop offering Vetta, or part of it, with reasonable notice. If your account is closed, the sections about what you write, our responsibility and the law still apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll try to sort it out. If we can't, the courts of Ontario can decide it, and you keep any right you have to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Vetta changes. If a change matters, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email or in Vetta. If you don't agree, you can stop using Vetta and delete your account. If you keep using Vetta after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.
